Blade switch

A more flexible blade switch or controller is used in food containers or solid or granular solids tanks such as granules, flakes and sand. The mechanism of these electromechanical surface controllers is a metallic blade that is driven by a normal electric motor when the surface of the material reaches the blade, preventing the blade movement, and the pressure caused by the blade stance causes the motor to move from its axis and the microswitch embedded in the terminal It triggers the level gauge and, according to the installed location, controls the output level proportional to the fill or empty surface of the tank. To this level controller, the switches are called paddle level switches.
